We are looking for a Senior Project Manager for a large insurance company located in Sacramento! This is a fully remote position. This candidate would be responsible for the management, and successful completion of all assigned projects.
Primary responsibilities:
— Manage multiple projects across various business units to include business and technical projects with various stakeholders (internal and external).
— Identify, analyze, and develop work plans, schedules, WBS, resource/capacity needs, and other project documentation
— Responsible for regularly and consistently communicating status of project status, upcoming milestones, critical path, risks, issues and providing relevant updates about strategy, adjustments, and over progress
— Measure project performance to identify areas for improvements.
— Track all project budget to include planned vs. actual budget burndown.
Requirements:
— Five plus years of experience managing internal teams and external stakeholders.
— Excellent Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook skills
— Excellent MS Project skills
— Basic knowledge of insurance terms
— Basic SharePoint/MS Teams skills
Salary: $44/hr. – $55/hr.
