We are Brooklyn-based office looking to add upbeat energy into our TEAM! And we need the same upbeat Registered Nurse who will work closely with our aides and clients. This would be a unique opportunity to work in a home care agency that is not like any other.
What you’ll be doing:
- Performing comprehensive in-home assessments for clients including physical, psychosocial, and environmental parameters;
- Developing an individualized plan of care for each client;
- Reporting changes to update the plan of care to reflect progress towards goals and outcomes;
- Communicating with families on any changes of clients’ conditions;
- Re-educating caregivers during annual in-services.
What we’re looking for:
- Current license as a Registered Nurse (RN);
- Current CPR certification;
- Maintains confidentiality in all aspects of the job;
- Knowledge of safety and infection control practices.
