Responsibilities
- Implement treatment and plan of care, using sound judgment and critical thinking
- Maintain accurate, detailed, and timely documentation consistent with the plan of care and the nursing processes
Job Requirements:
- Current unrestricted Texas LVN License
- Up-to-date CPR certification
- Current Driver’s License
- Auto insurance with your name on it
- MUST be able to lift 50+ lbs
- At least 1 year experience in home health or facility setting
- Wound care experience preferred
