A faith-based company in Houston, Texas is currently seeking a Support Technician to join their organization that has been in business for over 16 years. You can expect to earn up to $20-$23 an hour or more depending on experience.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for but not limited to:
Supporting the staff in troubleshooting, debugging, and general error handling of office equipment and software. This person will primarily be responsible for creating a library of Quick Reference Guides, verifying team documentation, and level one and two support needs.
Candidates with a High School Diploma or GED & completion of an IT certification program as well as a minimum of two years of corporate IT experience including installation and setup of computer and networking equipment are highly encouraged to apply.
