Home Health Intake Manager — Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse

We are looking for a Full-time Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for an Intake Manager position in Home Health Care. The pay and benefits for this Intake Manager position are generous. The Registered Nurse/Licensed Practical Nurse must have at least 2 years experience in any healthcare setting to qualify for this position. Home Health experience is a plus. The primary responsibility of the Intake Manager is to lead the Intake team. The Intake Coordinators are to serve as the initial contact for incoming referrals, providing the overall coordination of the referral to the actual start of clients. This position also includes the scheduling of patients to assigned clinicians in collaboration with the patient care managers. This Intake Manager position is with a home health company that has been in business many years, therefore it has stability and longevity. REQUIREMENTS FOR THE HOME HEALTH INTAKE MANAGER POSITION: The Registered Nurse/Licensed Practical Nurse must have at least 2 years experience in any healthcare setting to qualify for this position. Home Health experience is a plus. The Home Health Intake Manager must be a Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN). The Intake Manager must be licensed in the state as an RN/LPN.
