Floor Installers

TMD STAFFING in Buda, TX is hiring Floor Installers for a well-known manufacturer of pre-fabricated modules.  

We are looking for dependable candidates that are looking for a full-time position and can complete full shifts. A candidate that has experience installing Cap and Cove Vinyl flooring and different other types of floor materials will qualify for this position.  Experience in Vinyl seam welding will be necessary.  In addition, experience performing small carpentry tasks and trimming will be a great plus. The right candidate will know how to use the different equipment that is unique to the type of floor that is being installed. They must be capable of reading measuring tapes and using a chalk line correctly and must be able to follow instructions and read blueprints. Hablamos Espanol!

This is a temp-to-hire position!

SHIFT: Monday – Thursday, 6:00 AM to 4:45 PM, Fridays mandatory when asked. (Must be available to work full shifts)

PAY: $27.00 / HR

REQUIREMENTS:

• Experience in vinyl seam welding
• Experience installing Cap and Cove vinyl flooring
• Familiarity with different flooring materials
• Familiar with using hand tools, know how to read measure, and chalk line
• Carpentry knowledge
• Be able to work on hands and knees to install flooring
• Be able to lay out projects before installation
• Be legally authorized to work in the United States
• Have dependable transportation
• Be available for overtime and on off days
• Be able to pass a drug screen and background check
