Job Description: Cath Lab Registered Nurse Location: Dallas, TX Duration: 13 week renewable contracts
We are seeking a highly skilled Cath Lab Registered Nurse to join our team in Dallas, TX. This position involves providing care for patients undergoing diagnostic and therapeutic cardiac catheterization procedures. The successful candidate will have a strong background in critical care nursing, with a focus on cardiac care.
Responsibilities:
- Assessing and planning care for patients undergoing diagnostic and therapeutic cardiac catheterization procedures
- Monitoring patients during procedures, including monitoring vital signs, providing medication and assisting with pain management
- Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to ensure the best possible patient outcomes
- Providing patient and family education on procedure, post-procedure care, and discharge planning
- Maintaining accurate and comprehensive patient records
Requirements:
- Current RN licensure in the state of Texas
- BSN or higher preferred
- Minimum of 1 years of experience as a Cath Lab RN
- ACLS and BLS certification
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
This is a full-time position offering 13 week renewable contracts. We offer a competitive salary and benefits package
