Job Title : Call Center/Customer Service Associate

TMD Staffing is looking to hire a Call Center/Customer Service Associate representative! 

Pay Rate: $15.50 – $16.00 / HR (Depending on Experience)

Job Description:

Operate as a small call center-type environment

Will be helping with call volume and creating cases

Entry-level work with training provided

Schedule:

Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Requirements:

Minimum of 1 year of call center experience

Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience

Basic computer skills

If you’re bilingual, it’s a plus! (English/Spanish)
