RMG Staffing is currently seeking an experienced Billing Specialist to join and Aircraft company to their Accounting team. This position will require considerable training at HQ Office in Miami, FL, and may be eligible for remote working. This position is responsible for preparing customer invoices and credit memos, and various other customized documents to support or accompany customer invoices.
Job Duties:
- Preparation of monthly and weekly invoicing for our aircraft maintenance services.
- Reconcile customer billing sheets with payroll data.
- Gather, organize, and keep track of multiple stations billing data.
- Assist with opportunities to streamline billing and collections processes.
- Implementation of special program billing, new or existing customers.
- Assist with the implementation of a new automated billing system.
- Assist Accounting personnel with any transactional research related to the Billing process, including all audits.
- Assist with additional Billing tasks and projects as assigned.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Basic Qualifications:
- Must have previous experience working in an Accounting or Billing department.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Ability to prioritize all Billing activity.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently and consistently hit deadlines.
- Proficient computer skills and intermediate skills in MS Excel.
- Ability to work well with all levels of internal management and staff as well as external parties, most importantly with our customers.
- Ability to work well with minimal supervision.
