Our client is a well-known consumer products company in Louisville, KY, looking for an Accounts Receivable Specialist to join their team.
SALARY/HOURLY RATE:
$45k – $50k Depending on experience
POSITION OVERVIEW:
Our client is looking for an experienced Accounts Receivable Specialist to help complete their daily accounting tasks such as collection calls, payment plans, credit applications, and AR aging reports. Great attention to detail and organization are a must for the successful candidate.
RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE SPECIALIST:
- Assume the responsibility for the accurate entry of customer collection records
- Track customer terms and collections status
- Responsible for reporting and analysis of A/R aging
- Assist in the process and completion of month-end A/R-related journal entries
QUALIFICATIONS FOR THE ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE SPECIALIST:
- 1+ years of collections experience
- Knowledge of ERP Software and Microsoft Office is required

- High school diploma is required
