Job Description

Amazing learning opportunity, no TMS experience required, we will provide paid training! We’re looking for an entry level technician, to join our team in our Los Angeles location. This position offers the opportunity to provide patient care, with a breakthrough treatment modality for the treatment of depression. TMS Therapy is safe and FDA approved.

Responsibilities

• Monitor a patient for medical symptoms
• Willing to be trained and operate a Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation machine
• Provide medical intervention in an emergency situation
• Strong communication skills
• Explain and administer procedures to patients
• Act courteously and with tact in dealing with patients, visitors and the public
• Maintain patient confidentiality
• Follow established treatment and office procedures
• Maintain a high degree of accuracy regarding all details
• Manage referral reporting and marketing programs
• Interact regularly with patients and complete additional office administrative tasks when time provides

Shift

Monday-Friday 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM

Qualifications

• Must have HS Diploma
• CNA and CMA preferred
• Candidate with great interpersonal skills and is a team player
