Job Description
Staff position within the LMBuildings Program Management Office (PMO) Team supporting the implementation of the Integrated Workspace Management Solution (IWMS) with critical responsibilities as defined below.
- Creation of new system functions/capabilities via support of the following functional roles: configuration specialist in the modification/improvement of the application layer and the creation of reports; unit and system tester; and customer relationship POC during periods of end user engagement.
- Sustainment of existing IWMS production modules via support of the following tasks: troubleshooting anomalies; correction/enhancement of the application layer; creation/modification of reports; and regression testing of upgrades.
- Bulk data migration and auto/batch data fulfillment via utilization of the configurable IWMS tool kit, and the exercise of independent validation tools.
Performs other related tasks as assigned to support initiatives within Lockheed Martin Corporation Properties and Facilities Services (LMCP&FS) organization.
Basic Qualifications
- Experience in implementing software solutions; specifically, the translation of business requirements into software capabilities.
- Experience in a software solution configuration environment that included high levels of team collaboration and reflects the capability to perform task prioritization in a multi-threaded parallel work-stream environment.
- Proficiency in VBA code within MS Office products, especially MS Excel.
- Moderate to expert level proficiency in Object Oriented programming, Java is desired, but C# and VB experience are sufficient.
- Fundamental understanding of relational databases, specifically SQL Server databases with moderate level knowledge of SQL commands.
Desired skills
- At least 5 years industry experience in delivering engineered solutions into a production environment.
- Proficient in Extract Transform Load Tools regarding data integrations and data transfer.
- Prior responsibility for the development of design and process documentation.
- Proven capabilities functioning in a collaborative team environment which is geographically distributed.
- Experience in working directly with senior management. Effective verbal, written, and presentation communication skills.
- Direct experience in design/build (configuration) of the IBM Tririga Integrated Workspace Management Solutions (IWMS) product. Possess knowledge of data modeler, form builder, association manager, workflow builder, navigation builder, portal builder, and report manager.
- Expert in Java programming.
- Participating experience in control boards such as Change Control Board, Engineering Review Board, or Defect Review Board.

Work Schedule Information
Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
