The Data Analytics and Engineering team provides the critical data points that communicate key insights into the SAFe | Agile operations of CTX teams to increase velocity, improve quality and drive continuous improvement. Provide technical solutions for processes and tools as the organization transforms and grows.

About the Job

The Data Analytics and Engineering team is seeking an energetic and experienced individual for a position in software engineering. This role is responsible for guiding and driving the strategy to migrate all activities to Azure DevOps. This role will be involved in improving user experience and arming our leaders with the right solutions to drive the business. It entails applying rigor to the existing tool integration solutions and understanding how to realize benefits across Azure DevOps.

Responsibilities and Day-to-Day View

· Develop, design, and maintain Jira iTrack and Azure DevOps Syncronizer

· Design solutions to migrate data from other tools to Azure DevOps

· Optimize the technical capabilities of Azure DevOps

· Connecting data sources, importing data, and transforming data for Business intelligence.

· Determines and documents data mapping rules for movement of medium to high complexity data between applications.

· Investigates and resolves issues across platforms and applications, including discrepancies of definition, format, and function.

· Discuss the requirements effectively with the client teams, interpreting client’s business challenges, and recommendations for business stakeholders.

Qualifications

· Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Statistics, Mathematics, or another quantitively-oriented degree

· Minimum of three years in Coding in languages such as C#, .NET, SQL

· Minimum of two years’ experience in Visual Studio, Git, Azure Function Apps, Azure Storage, Azure SQL Server, Azure DevOps, Postman

· Experience in client engagements, interpreting client’s business challenges, and recommendations for business stakeholders.

· Experience developing visualization such as reports, charts, tables, and other visual aids in support of findings.

· Strong problem-solving skills with a demonstrable passion to enhance user experience.

· Proven excellence at formulating, understanding, and solving complex, non-routine problems.

· Outstanding organization and presentation skills.

· Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Our Professional Software Engineers earn between $116,700 – $196,100. Not to mention all the other amazing rewards that working at AT&T offers. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
