RMG STAFFING is looking for a Marketing Director for a direct placement in a Casino. You will be taking on the responsibility of the designing, implementing, executing and will be responsible for overall marketing plan to maximize return on investment. Full Time – Marketing in the Gaming Industry
Responsibilites:
- Designs, implements, executes and is responsible for overall marketing plan to maximize return on investment.
- Establishes performance and profit objectives for short-term and long-term goals.
- Develops and manages the annual Marketing Budget and Operation Plan.
- Develops, directs, and executes short-range and long-range marketing plans, programs and systems to support the strategic direction of the Casino.
- Ensures that the social media messaging is in line with the branding of the casino and updated on a consistent basis.
- Conducts and oversees Marketing Surveys or other Market Research on current and new product concepts including competitor analyses.
- Maintains strong open lines of communication with other department heads to ensure effective marketing projects.
- Is responsible for creating, enhancing, and complying with the Casino’s Internal Control Policies and Procedures as they relate to Marketing.
- Reviews the performance, productivity, and efficiency of the Marketing Staff by conducting periodic evaluations.
- Administers disciplinary actions for marketing staff when necessary.
- All other duties as assigned.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising or related field.
- Master’s degree preferred.
- 10+ years related Marketing industry experience, with 5 of those years at director level in a casino.
- Marketing in the Gaming Industry: 1 year (Preferred)
- License/Certification:State of FL Gaming License (Preferred)
- Experience in the South Florida Gaming Market is preferred.
- Must be able to obtain the appropriate state occupational license.
- Must possess strong leadership skills to manage, motivate and develop staff.
- Must have strong customer service abilities.
- Must be able to lead by example and work with the team.
- Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule to include nights, weekends and holidays.
