Job Description

The Lead Software Engineer will be a Player/Coach to help re-shore the 15-person development team that currently sits in Uruguay to the USA.

Additional Responsibilities:

• 60% Management / 40% Hands-On Coding
• Lead a team of test automation and software engineers
• Interviewing and hiring engineers
• Production deployments
• CI/CD pipelines

Qualifications

Successful Lead Software Engineer applicants will meet ALL of the following criteria:

• Must be authorized to work in the USA without any restrictions now or in the future
• Must live in the United States of America
• Must have 7-15 years of full stack software development experience
• Must have 2-4 years of software development lead/management experience
• Must have experience working in a startup environment
• Must have hands-on Python + Vue.js + AWS experience
