Job Description
We are seeking a Financial Analyst to play an integral role in the ABG Planning & Accounting Group, including the Corporate month-end closing process, journal entry preparation, intercompany account reconciliation, balance sheet reconciliations, variance analysis and internal management reporting. This individual will also be a key contributor to the growth of the ABG Planning & Accounting department by providing a strong professional presence and superior technical accounting and reporting expertise
ESSENTIAL FUNCTION
- Prepare monthly comparative Profit & Loss (âP&Lâ) and Balance Sheet Statements for the Corporate departments, including GL detail requests and analyzing variances to plan and forecast
- Analyze and track capital spend for various Corporate Support groups
- Consolidation of all Corporate Support submissions for the Annual Capital and Operating Planning Process as well as the Monthly Forecast Process and value added analysis for Executive Management
- A variety of value added Corporate ad-hoc analysis as well as analysis requested by Executive Management and other Corporate departments
- Special projects as necessary
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelorâs degree in Finance or Accounting from a four-year university
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in financial roles with some experience in budgeting and forecasting, and other planning and analysis
- Experience in a large public or private company or large public accounting firm
- Superior skills with analytical software, especially Microsoft Excel, and experience with a variety of financial analysis
- Previous experience with Oracle Financial Systems, Hyperion Essbase and BlackLine a plus
- Experience with proven ability to interact with all levels of the organization

The range for this roleâs base salary is $65,000 – $80,000. Offers to selected candidates will be made on a fair and equitable basis, taking into account specific job-related skills and experience.
