Responsibilities
· Process orders in a timely and accurate manner
· Handle all calls concerning orders, returns, and shipments
· Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
· Build sustainable relationships with customers through open and interactive
communication
· Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools
· Receive and enter orders/ make changes to or cancel orders
· Handle customer complaints
· May be required to assist others and handle other duties as assigned
Requirements
· Ability to multi-task (e.g., maintain conversations while navigating on the computer and
taking notes)
· Proficiency in using computers, both for data entry, as well as for navigating systems to
search for information to help support our customers
· Computers knowledge: Microsoft Word & Excel, Emails, phone calls and filing
· Has strong written, organizational, and verbal communication skills
· Must work well with other team members throughout the company
Compensation / Pay Rate (Up to): $40000.00 – $45000.00 Per Year
