Our client is a leading real estate organization. They are seeking to add a Customer Experience Manager to their team. If you are organized and creative, then this is the position for you!
SALARY/HOURLY RATE:
$70,000 – $80,000
POSITION OVERVIEW:
The Customer Experience Manager will help with in store events and operations. Note that occasional weekends are required.
RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE MANAGER:
- Manage a team of associates
- Ensure all associates are trained
- Manage the sites event schedule
QUALIFICATIONS FOR THE CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE MANAGER:
- 2 to 3+ years of events or hospitality experience
- Strong interpersonal/communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as a team
EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s degree is required
