CONTENT WRITER

Our client in the financial accounting services industry is currently looking to add a Content Writer to their team.

SALARY/HOURLY RATE:

$30/hr – $40/hr (DOE)

POSITION OVERVIEW:

Our client is in the financial accounting services industry and looking for an experienced Content Writer to revamp company’s website content for a complete site refresh. This is a freelance Content Writer role with estimated 25+ hours weekly for 1 month.

RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE CONTENT WRITER:

• Develop original & modify existing content for the company’s main website refresh
• Work closely with the Marketing team to identify & capture tone & voice that resonates with target audiences
• Work closely with the Web Development team for content change edits to the website
• Create cohesive messaging across all website content channels

QUALIFICATIONS FOR THE CONTENT WRITER:

• 4+ years of experience in content writing for financial accounting services or an accounting firm
• Portfolios or writing samples are required for consideration
• Must be familiar with accounting terminology

EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Writing, Accounting, or Financial Services is preferred, but not required.
