Job Description:

Design, build and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements.
analyze and test code using automated techniques.

Participate in the design, coding, testing

Assist clients in business technical specification gathering when requested

To develop detailed analysis design documents for several enhancement projects

To solve Online and Batch Abends

Support the system testing and client integration testing efforts as required

Basic Qualifications:

A minimum of 6 years of experience as a Software Development Engineer with Mainframe Technologies

A minimum of 5 years of experience with DB2, CICS, COBOL, JCL and VSAM

A minimum of 2 years of experience with SQL, PL/SQL

High School Diploma or GED

Preferred Qualifications:

Insurance knowledge

Experience with Agile, Scrum, Kanban

UNIX and UNIX Shell

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in Albany County, NY, California, Colorado, New York City or Washington as set forth below.

Colorado $49.03 – $59.03 per hour

New York – Albany $49.03 – $59.03 per hour
