job summary:

Responsibilities:

• Identify specific payroll business opportunities
• Assist with payroll project management for selected projects
• Coordinate with different departmental teams to produce better business outcomes
• Write clear and well-structured business requirements/documents
• Identify automation opportunities
• Create reports, dashboards and visualizations to understand business performance
• Analyze process issues and bottlenecks and to make improvements
• Communicate and validate requirements
• Collaborate with product managers
• Analyze the requirements after the meeting while creating the very first version of the requirements document

Must Haves:

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Engineering, Finance, Accounting or related field from an accredited college or university
• Previous experience in the payroll software industry preferred
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience
• Must have advanced skills in Excel, data mining/manipulation, and report creation.
• Experience in Automation Anywhere, Workato or SQL Server a plus
• Project tracking with software like Atlassian Confluence, or Jira
