About the Team

AT&T Digital Platform Product team is looking for a Senior-Software Engineer (FE heavy) who is passionate about the eCommerce industry and has analytical and multi-task abilities to thrive in a fast-paced environment. As a Lead Engineer, you will be responsible for the design and development of various initiatives for AT&T’s customer and employee digital experience across our consumer distribution channels. You will lead the software product development life cycle from inception to production launch and post-production support. You must possess strong technical background to ensure you are designing modular & scalable web components, you must have experience leading large cross-organizational software development projects and have a well-rounded technical background in current web and micro-service technologies.

You must have experience leading large cross-organizational product development and have a well-rounded technical background in current eCommerce platform.

Responsibilities and Day-to-Day View

AT&T is looking for a Senior Product Manager who is passionate about the eCommerce industry and has analytical and multi-task abilities to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Roles & Responsibilities:

1) will be responsible for charting and executing the course for AT&T’s customer and employee digital experience across our consumer distribution channels.

2) will lead the software product development life cycle from inception to production launch and post production support.

3) must possess strong technical background to ensure the web components design is modular & scalable.

4) must have experience leading large cross-organizational software development projects.

5) must have a well-rounded technical background in current web and micro-service technologies

Qualifications

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years related experience as developer (REACT)

• 4+ years in product development

• 4+ years as Product Manager understanding business requirements, writing user stories and working with scrum team

• 4+ years of experience working with development team and driving development

• 2+ years of experience with analytics

• Excellent communication skills

Education: Typically requires a bachelors degree

Our Senior Product Management and Development Managers earn between $95,500 – $190,900 annually. Not to mention all the other amazing rewards that working at AT&T offers. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
