Software Engineer – Machine Learning & AI

Job Description Would you like to work as a Software Engineer (AI, Machine Learning, and R&D) four our client, a Top D-Level Start-Up in Los Angeles. You will be working 3 days in office (Mon, Tue, Thr) at their headquarters in Culver City, CA. Their main mission is to empower Creators by allowing them to receive cash for their catalogs through licensing their existing videos (and/or future video uploads) and receiving a payout instantly. Creators then use the funds to fuel their growth through hiring resources, investing, or anyway they choose all while remaining independent. In addition to funding, our client provides Creators with in-depth data insights into the performance of all existing content to further help educate the Creator on the value of their library, the value of future uploads and how they can improve performance in the future. INDUSTRY: Media + FinTech Hybrid They are seeking a strong Python R&D Engineer to support research and product development in multiple areas, including computer vision, machine learning, deep learning. This role involves the implementation of state-of-the-art machine learning algorithms on CPUs, GPUs, and other platforms. The candidate may be required to aid in research, analysis, and simulation studies, documentation, system integration, and testing. Required Skills & Experience

• BS/MS/PHD in Computer Science, ML
• Python (Pandas & NumPy)
• Knowledge of Computer Vision, Machine Learning, and Deep Learning/Neural Networks
• Jupyter Notebook, Google Notebook, OR Kaggle Notebook
• PyTorch OR Tensorflow (Keras)
• Fast-AI Learning courses
• Experience in a Cloud Environment, preferably AWS

Desired Skills & Experience

• Statistics and/or linear algebra
• Machine learning concepts (training, cleaning, data bias, class imbalance, etc.)
