Lockheed Martin Training & Logistics Solutions (TLS) in Orlando, Florida is seeking a full-time, experienced software engineer. In this role, you will work as a member of a cross-functional Agile development team to produce state-of-the-art enterprise COTS integration solutions to a variety of domestic and international customers. The successful candidate will participate in sprint planning, accept tasking, drive tasks to completion, assist in the unit test and baseline of developed items. The candidate will also participate in scrums, work with other developers, scrum master and product owners as well as leads to ensure proper completion of high quality end-products.

The successful candidate is willing and able to operate in a Development-Security-Operations (DevSecOps) setting working with enterprise infrastructure, COTS tools, and ensure the engineering team has all tools and processes ready and operating for program success.

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelors degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education, with 2 years of professional experience; or no experience required with a related Masters degree.
• Experience with programming software languages such as Java, C++ or JavaScript, or TypeScript.
• Experience with the software development process in a team environment (peer reviews, unit testing, configuration management, defect tracking)

Must be a US Citizen as this position may require a government security clearance

Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.

Work Schedule Information

Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.

Security Clearance Information

This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.
