Job Title: Customer Service Representative

TMD Staffing is looking to hire Customer Service Representatives for a transportation company located in Schertz. 

The perfect candidate for this position will have previous experience in the logistics industry and must be willing to work a rotating shift every two weeks.

Tasks:

• Work with customers, business partners, and drivers to make sure the company is meeting commitments and delighting customers at every step of the experience.
• Provide daily freight solutions for our global customers.
• Assist customers and business partners via telephone and email.
• Handle customer complaints in a calm, professional manner.
• Diagnose, assess, and resolve problems or issues.
• Monitor the progress of delivery routes.
• Process changes or cancellations to delivery orders.

Requirements:

• Must have Previous experience within a transport / logistics organization
• Effective Customer Service Skills.
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S.
• Must be able to pass a criminal background check
• Must be able to pass a drug screen.
• Proficient with Excel, Outlook, and can work with multiple screens while multitasking.

Schedule:

• Monday-Saturday, 6:45 AM to 3:15 PM or 11:45 AM to 8:15 PM
