Job Description
The Strategic Product Support (SPS) Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning (AI/ML) team is looking for a Senior Full-Stack Software Engineer to design, develop, and maintain numerous applications and databases to be used by internal teams, programs, and leadership across Lockheed Martin.
Responsibilities:
- Full-stack development
- Full ownership throughout entire life cycle: planning, analysis, design, implementation, integration, test and test support, documentation, maintenance, and performance analysis
- Participation in design and code reviews with peers and with customers to ensure products meet requirements and to ensure quality and testability
- Contributing to user documentation and updating/maintaining materials based on user feedback and application updates
- Identify potential problem areas and make the appropriate recommendations; collaborate with analysts, DBAs, project leads, designers, customers, and system owners in the design, implementation, and testing of new software programs and applications for quality assurance, program logic and data processing
- Assisting in data systems integrations and data synthesis if/as needed
This position supports optional full-time telecommuting.
Basic Qualifications
Bachelors degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education, with 9 years of professional experience; or 7 years of professional experience with a related Masters degree.
- In depth knowledge of Software Development Lifecycle
- At least 9 years experience in any of the following technologies (or similar equivalents): .NET, C#, ASP.NET, HTML 5, JavaScript, SQL Server
Desired skills
- Experience with OCUES and VTESS programs
- Experience with automated testing and deployment pipelines
- Experience with Git or similar version control systems
- Proven ability to drive results while working independently with limited oversight
- Proven ability to work well within a team environment
- Able to translate non-technical requests and ideas from the customer into technical requirements
- Experience leading small software teams

Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedule Information
Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.

This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.
