PrideStaff, a national staffing company, is seeking an enthusiastic Bi-Lingual Customer Service Representative (CSR) for our client.
The Customer Service Representative will work independently in an office within a manufacturing facility and will handle inbound & outbound customer calls. Automotive or Engineering background a plus.CSR must be fluent in English & Spanish.
Job Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for handling calls from customers regarding products and services as well as provide general information regarding questions/issues.
Responsibilities for the Customer Service Representative may include:
- Answering inbound calls from customers in a professional manner
- Researching information using multiple resources and route call to the appropriate resource
- Providing customers with product and service information and resolving customer concerns and complaints
- Entering customer information in the system and identify and escalate priority issues
- Completing call log and producing call reports
- Providing follow up customer calls when necessary
Job Requirements
- Must be fluent in English & Spanish (both written and verbal)
- Prior Customer Service experience
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Strong data entry / typing skills and computer skills
- Automotive or Engineering background a plus
Compensation / Pay Rate (Up to): $17.00 – $20.00 Per Hour
