Our client is a mixed use developer that is creating places people want to be. With an approach that values art, science, innovation and, above all else, people, our client strives to engage each community it serves with best-in-class installations and activations. They are currently looking to add a Senior Property Manager to their team.

SALARY/HOURLY RATE:

$130k – $140K plus 10% Bonus

POSITION OVERVIEW:

The Senior Property Manager will be responsible for managing a 1M+ square foot portfolio which includes high-rise mixed use office towers.

RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE SENIOR PROPERTY MANAGER:

  • Manage and mentor Property Management team members.
  • Provide best-in-class customer service by developing strong relationships with tenant contacts.
  • Prepare annual budgets and facilitate all aspects of financial management.
  • Develop and maintain familiarity with leases to ensure an in-depth knowledge of operating provisions, services, expenses, tenants use, and landlord obligations.
  • Oversee contractors and administer all contracts.
  • Collaborate closely with the Construction and Development teams to ensure proper coordination of ongoing tenant construction projects and adherence to building rules and regulations.
  • Responsible for code compliance and emergency response procedures for property.
  • Manage all aspects of sustainable operations.

QUALIFICATIONS FOR THE SENIOR PROPERTY MANAGER:

  • Extensive commercial property management experience.
  • Proven ability to execute “best-in-class” building operations.
  • Experience with financial management of commercial Class-A assets.
  • Working knowledge of security and life safety protocols.
  • Familiarity with mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems.
  • Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines efficiently and an ability to motivate others to do the same.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and an adaptability to change.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills.

  • Bachelor’s degree is required.
