Mechanical Graphic Designer

Tasks:  

• Mechanical designers, sometimes called drafters, create designs for mechanical devices such as machines.   

• They are involved in the entire process, from sketching an idea through the manufacturing and testing of the finished product.  

• Use computer software to design blueprints and to modify and enhance existing products, and they participate in the manufacturing process to ensure that product specifications are adhered to.  

Requirements:  

• Experience in computer-aided design software such as AutoCAD  

• An ability to create industry-specific products  

• A bachelor s degree in mechanical technology or mechanical engineering
