PrideStaff is currently seeking an Inventory/Purchaser to work at our client’s facility in the Fort Myers area.
Shift: Monday – Friday 8:00am – 5:00pm, OT maybe required
Pay: $15-$17/ Hr. USD , DOE
Location: Fort Myers, FL
Administrative Purchaser Job Duties Include:
- Prepare accurate and complete purchase orders for supplies, materials, and raw goods
- Work closely with departments by placing orders, ensuring that purchases are recorded at the time of request, and submitting these orders to get approval from the department manager
- Prepare records to reflect when purchased items arrive and ensuring that all materials arrive.
- Follow up with vendors to check in on late or missing shipments or to report damaged goods.
- Maintain detailed records of purchases, including quantities, shipping information, and costs associated with the purchase.
Position Requirements Include:
- Minimum of 6 months recent experience
- Clerical Skills
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Good mathematical skills
- Attention to detail, good organizational and computer skills
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
