Construction Estimator

We are a 30 year old Central Florida-based firm founded on the principles of Precision, Care & Integrity. We mainly service around the I-4 corridor around Orlando and believe that everyone should be able to go home at the end of their workday. We are looking for an experienced Estimator – ideally, someone that has worked with the big companies and no longer wants to go along with the “big corporate lifestyle” – someone that wants to be their own boss.

*Must be local to Orlando, FL*

What You Will Be Doing

You will be working closely with our project team to provide an accurate & comprehensive financial analysis on projects. Responsibilities include (not limited to): analyzing documents/blueprints/plans to understand scope of project, determine production factors influencing cost, prepare material/product/labor costs, manage bids, cost analysis, present estimates to management.

What You Need for this Position

– 3+ years Construction Estimator experience with commercial GC
– Bachelor’s degree preferred
– Strong leadership skills
– Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills & organizational skills
– Self-motivated and proactive
– Effective communication skills
– Proven ability to work in ambiguous environment
– Local to Orlando, FL
