Our client is looking for an Administrative Assistant for a direct hire position in New York, NY.
Hours are M-F 9am-6pm
Successful candidate will be supporting administrative tasks, communication, recruitment, onboarding, etc.
Duties include:
- Answering calls – taking messages, providing information to potential clients
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office is a must
- Various tasks including clerical tasks such as photocopying, faxing, making phone calls, answering emails,
- Attention to detail is important
- Time management and organizational skills are important for day-to-day
- Independent but able to work as a team
- Use of various web-based programs to complete the work
- Able to work in a fast paced environment
- Must complete deadlines
