Entry Level Machine Operator 2nd Shift

PrideStaff, is seeking a Machine Operator for production line machines. Ideal candidates must be safety and quality orientated along with demonstrates adaptability and willingness to work in a team orientated- fast paced manufacturing work environment that meets strict quality and safety standards. 

2nd Shift: 2:30pm – 12:30am / 4:00pm – 4:00am. Must be available weekends OT may be required.
Pay Rate: $16hr. + Overtime pay
Location: Fort Myers, FL
Experience: 6+ months 
Entry-Level Machine Operator Job Duties:

• Performing a variety of operations to adjusting machines 
• Adjust temperature, consistency and amount of product in machines
• Responsible for inspecting material before and after assembly
• Assisting team in achieving department goals
• Maintaining material levels for machines
• Follow good manufacturing practices
• Administers training as needed

Entry Level Machinist Job Qualifications:

• 6 months Recent and relevant work experience as a machine operator
• Experience working on high speed production line equipment
• Able to effectively communicate with a team
• Be a team player
• Be able to work weekends, holidays and overtime
• Utilizes safety practices at all times
• Prioritizing workflow and time management
• Able to lift up to 50lbs
• Must be able to work independently with little supervision
