Seeking fully bilingual (English and Spanish) Office Manager for a temp-to-hire remote position with a growing Atlanta company. Although this is a remote position, the ideal candidate will be located in the Atlanta area and have experience with APAR, payroll, basic HR tasks such as onboarding, and event planning in additional to general administrative skills.

Office Manager Job Duties:

  • Work directly with clients either by phone or email
  • Administrative supports
  • Basic HR tasks such as onboarding, etc.
  • Payroll
  • APAR
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries by phone or email
  • Event planning
  • Other duties as required

Requirements:

  • Fully bilingual in English and Spanish
  • Software: Quickbooks, MS Office / GSuite
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Adaptable
  • Bubbly and friendly
