We have amazing training that will help you learn everything you need to know to be a Target Security Specialist. But there are some skills you should have from the start:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Must be at least 18 years of age or older
• Welcoming and helpful attitude towards guests and other team members
• Learn and adapt to current technological needs
• Effective communication skills
• Work independently and in a team
• Manage workload and prioritize tasks independently
