Our client, a well known marketing company, is looking for a Receptionist / Office Coordinator to join their dynamic and growing agency. This is a fast-paced environment with and open floor plan, fully stocked kitchen, fun perks and a collaborative environment!
SALARY/HOURLY RATE:
$20/hr – $22/hr | $45k – $55k
POSITION OVERVIEW:
The Receptionist / Office Coordinator will be the first point of contact upon visitors arriving into the office. The candidate will be responsible for giving visitors and guests directions to various parts of the office, answering phones, ordering office supplies, and ensuring the office is tidy and welcoming. It is important that the Receptionist / Office Coordinator will be able to execute many responsibilities while working in a busy and ever-changing environment. The Receptionist / Office Coordinator will be the main point of contact so strong interpersonal skills are a must.
RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE RECEPTIONIST / OFFICE COORDINATOR:
- Provide high-level customer service and hospitality to clients
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients and internal employees
- Maintain a positive attitude and take initiative
- Answer phones and direct calls
- General office duties such as mailing, copying, and faxing
- Document preparation and data entry
- Organize and set up meetings
- Coordinate and plan office events and parties
QUALIFICATIONS FOR THE RECEPTIONIST / OFFICE COORDINATOR:
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Excellent communicative, planning, and organizational skills
- Willingness and ability to work with several different personalities
- Friendly and professional phone and email etiquette
- Ability to be proactive and take on responsibilities without direction
- Attention to detail

- Bachelor’s degree is preferred
