Construction Estimator

We are looking for an Estimator with a strong background in the Construction industry. The successful candidate will prepare quotes and estimates on a variety of Commercial and Residential projects.

Duties:

• Prepare estimates for a variety of Commercial and Residential projects
• Researches and analyzes pricing quotations from various sources to ensure high-quality, cost effective options
• Monitor the costs at the different stages of a project to ensure it stays within the estimated costs
• Helps maintain relationships with clients
• Perform other duties as required

Requirements:

• Minimum of High School Diploma
• Estimating experience in the Construction industry
• Must have strong background utilizing Estimating software; Xactimate is preferred
• Must be a self-starter and very organized
• Must have a valid drivers license
