Qualifications

• 10+ years’ experience in homebuilding

• Operations, Purchasing, Land Development and field experienced preferred

• Exceptional analytical skills, communication, and leadership skills

• Creative, proactive, and highly driven

• Strong desire to be successful and surrounded by like-minded individuals with a passion for high quality work and career advancement

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement operations for the construction division

• Field team management

• Purchasing department management

• Warranty department management
