Each job listing and each company booth include a chat account for exclusive live chat interaction with walk-in candidates. Employers can assign their own virtual recruiters, hire virtual recruiting assistants from us or from any of our approved virtual recruiting staff providers or remain off-line with email only communication. 

Job seekers simply search for jobs or search for companies and begin speaking with recruiters right within the job listing or the company booth.
