Tottenham Hotspur\u2019s Son Heung-min was reportedly so devastated by what had just happened on the soccer pitch during Sunday\u2019s match that he couldn\u2019t even lift his head<\/a> as he sobbed in the dressing room. <\/p>\n The injury was bad. Joe Theismann bad<\/a>. <\/p>\n Basically, Son tackled Everton midfielder Andre Gomes from behind, sending him falling into Tottenham\u2019s Serge Aurier in such a way that left him with a brutal ankle break. Players from both teams immediately realized the severity of Gomes\u2019 injury and frantically called for medical help. <\/p>\n \u201c[I] didn\u2019t want to look too much at what happened,\u201d Tottenham\u2019s Dele Alli told Sky Sports. \u201cSon is devastated and in tears. He had been disqualified for the tackle. Everton is investigating the matter. <\/p>\n \u201cEverton strongly condemns any form of racism,\u201d the club said on Twitter
