As a member of our team, you will provide exceptional care to a diverse group of patients across various units, including Surgical ICU, Neurovascular ICU, and Cardiovascular ICU. This role offers an excellent opportunity to expand your nursing skills and work in a collaborative and supportive environment.<\/p>\n<p><b>Responsibilities:<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Provide comprehensive nursing care to critically ill patients in the Surgical ICU, Neurovascular ICU, and Cardiovascular ICU units.<\/li>\n<li>Assess patient conditions and implement appropriate nursing interventions.<\/li>\n<li>Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.<\/li>\n<li>Administer medications, monitor vital signs, and perform other necessary procedures.<\/li>\n<li>Maintain accurate medical records and ensure compliance with documentation standards.<\/li>\n<li>Participate in patient and family education to promote wellness and recovery.<\/li>\n<li>Adapt to different unit settings and prioritize tasks effectively.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Requirements:<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) is required.<\/li>\n<li>Minimum 3 years of nursing experience in an acute care hospital setting.<\/li>\n<li>Active TX RN License or Compact License.<\/li>\n<li>Current Healthcare Provider BLS and ACLS certifications issued by the American Heart Association or American Red Cross.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to float between all ICUs in our locations.<\/li>\n<li>Strong knowledge and skills in critical care nursing.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent communication, teamwork, and problem-solving abilities.<\/li>\n<li>2 years of ICU experience (consideration given to candidates with 1-1.5 years of experience).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Benefits:<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Student Loan Repayment program.<\/li>\n<li>Tuition Reimbursement\/Assistance Programs.<\/li>\n<li>Paid Personal Leave.<\/li>\n<li>401k with 100% annual match (3% to 9% of pay based on years of service).<\/li>\n<li>Identity Theft Protection discounts.<\/li>\n<li>Auto, Home, and Life Insurance options.<\/li>\n<li>Adoption Assistance.<\/li>\n<li>Employee Stock Purchase Program (ESPP).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Note: Relocation assistance available on a case-by-case basis.<\/p>\n<p>Join our dedicated and compassionate team of healthcare professionals and make a difference in the lives of our patients.
