Responsibilities<\/b><\/p>\n
Provide thoughtful care to client & patients based on personalized Plan of Care<\/p>\n
Monitor and track changes in the client\/patient\u2019s conditions and needs, and keeps the Director of Nursing and any other appropriate personnel informed<\/p>\n
Proactively updates client\/patients\u2019 family on plan of care, health changes, and concerns<\/p>\n
Requirements<\/b><\/p>\n
Current unrestricted RN license in California<\/p>\n
MUST BE FULLY VACCINATED FOR COVID -19 with BOOSTER SHOT<\/p>\n
MUST BE AVAILABLE WEEKDAYS (DAY SHIFT)<\/p>\n
Certified CPR and negative TB skin test or chest x-ray<\/p>\n
Minimum one (1) year of documented experience required in a home health agency, primary care clinic or health facility, preferred.<\/p>\n
Licensed driver with valid automobile insurance<\/p>\n
Must be able to stand walk, squat, bend, kneel, reach, twist, push and pull. Varied assistance is required depending on the mobility of the client. Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds<\/p>\n
Must be fully vaccinated for COVID-19 with Booster shot<\/p>\n
Pay Range<\/b>
\nThe typical pay range for this role is:
\nMinimum: $50.00
\nMaximum: $55.00<\/p>\n
Please keep in mind that this range represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual salary offer will take into account a wide range of factors, including location.<\/p>\n
