They provide Insurance &#8211; Enrollment, Retention, Licensed Agents, Healthcare, Financial Services, Banking, Real Estate, Legal, Pharmaceutical, and Government services. The client is looking for amazing workers to fill the important role as a Customer Service Support paying $16 an hour.<\/p>\n<p>Job Responsibilities:<\/p>\n<ul style=\"font-weight: 400\">\n<li>Intake incoming calls from customers<\/li>\n<li>Outgoing calls to customers and vendors<\/li>\n<li>Will be provided a Script for all calls that are 5 to 7 mins long<\/li>\n<li>All calls are recorded<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400\" aria-hidden=\"true\">\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400\">REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:<\/p>\n<ul style=\"font-weight: 400\">\n<li>High school diploma.<\/li>\n<li>At least 1 year of Customer Service\/Call Center experience<\/li>\n<li>Proficient knowledge of Outlook, Excel and Word required.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent problem solving and decision-making skills.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.<\/li>\n<li>Detail-oriented and excellent organization skills<\/li>\n<li>Ability to multi-task and work in a fast paced, high-volume environment.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400\" aria-hidden=\"true\">\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400\"><strong>Benefits and Perks:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul style=\"font-weight: 400\">\n<li>Pay: $16 an hour.
