Machines include Okuma CNC Lathes, Mazak CNC Lathes, Mazak Mills, HAAS Mills, and Mazak Integrex 5-axis machining centers. Temporary Work.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>RESPONSIBILITIES:<br \/>\n<\/strong>Under the direction of a supervisor and\/or experienced machinist, responsible for quality parts produced on CNC machines such as, but not limited, to lathes and milling machines in a timely, safe, and efficient manner.<br \/>\nPerform set-up including locating tools and fixtures, defining tools, touching off tools, setting jaws, vices or fixturing. Obtain a first article inspection on production runs utilizing CNC Machines.<br \/>\nWrite simple programs at the controls<br \/>\nWrite programs to create fixturing if required<br \/>\nPerform set-up including locating tools and fixtures, defining tools, touching off tools, setting jaws, vices or fixturing. Obtain a first article inspection on production runs utilizing CNC Machines.<br \/>\nIdentify problems before production runs, then start and observe machine operation to detect any other malfunctions or out-of-tolerance conditions and adjust machine controls or control media as required.<br \/>\nLoad parts utilizing overhead lifting equipment, proving tapes, operating controls, setting offsets, simple edits, deburring, and inspection of quality parts for conformance to requirements.<br \/>\nRead blueprints, precision measuring instruments, and job orders to determine dimensions, tolerance, and tooling requirements.<br \/>\nMaintain tolerancing through the entire run, while performing a periodic inspection to be documented on Inspection Sheets.<br \/>\nAbility to troubleshoot issues during a run to return the machine to good operation.<br \/>\nMaintain knowledge of dimensions and tolerances for tooling instructions such as fixtures, feed rates, cutting speeds, depth of cut, and cutting tools to be used.<br \/>\nKeep equipment and work area clean and orderly and perform basic preventative maintenance functions on equipment.<br \/>\nPerform other work-related tasks as assigned.<br \/>\nComply with all Company and HSE policies and procedures.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>TOP SKILLS REQUIRED:<br \/>\n<\/strong>Ability to set up and run CNC Lathe Machine<br \/>\nKnowledge of proper use of measuring tolls with tolerances of +-.0005<\/li>\n<li>Ability to read G Code Programs<br \/>\nOkuma experience is a plus, not a hard requirement<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>QUALIFICATIONS\/REQUIREMENTS:<br \/>\n<\/strong>High school diploma or GED.<br \/>\nOver 5 years of relevant experience, is required.<br \/>\nAdvanced knowledge of math, blueprint comprehension, and routers, is required.<br \/>\nModerate knowledge of GD&amp;T<br \/>\nKnowledge of the proper use of metrology equipment, tools\/gauges, and cutting tools, is required.<br \/>\nCan demonstrate good work ethic<br \/>\nAbility to work well with the team<\/p>\n<p><strong>SCHEDULE:\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Monday-Thursday, 3:00 PM &#8211; 1:30 AM<\/p>\n<div id=\"jobbi-2011336213\" class=\"jobbi-ad-placement-jobsite-bottom jobbi-entity-placement\"><script async src=\"https:\/\/pagead2.googlesyndication.com\/pagead\/js\/adsbygoogle.js?client=ca-pub-5862940809620110\"\r\n     crossorigin=\"anonymous\"><\/script>\r\n<ins class=\"adsbygoogle\"\r\n     style=\"display:block\"\r\n     data-ad-format=\"fluid\"\r\n     data-ad-layout-key=\"-6t+ed+2i-1n-4w\"\r\n     data-ad-client=\"ca-pub-5862940809620110\"\r\n     data-ad-slot=\"7946604715\"><\/ins>\r\n<script>\r\n     (adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({});\r\n<\/script><\/div>","protected":false},"author":467,"template":"","class_list":["post-25782","rtcl_listing","type-rtcl_listing","status-publish","hentry","rtcl_category-others","listing-item","rtcl-listing-item"],"_links":{"self":[{"href":"https:\/\/jobbinghood.com\/jobs\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/rtcl_listing\/25782","targetHints":{"allow":["GET"]}}],"collection":[{"href":"https:\/\/jobbinghood.com\/jobs\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/rtcl_listing"}],"about":[{"href":"https:\/\/jobbinghood.com\/jobs\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/types\/rtcl_listing"}],"author":[{"embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/jobbinghood.com\/jobs\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/users\/467"}],"wp:attachment":[{"href":"https:\/\/jobbinghood.com\/jobs\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/media?parent=25782"}],"curies":[{"name":"wp","href":"https:\/\/api.w.org\/{rel}","templated":true}]}}
