We are seeking a friendly, engaging Recruiter to join our team at an elite staffing company! We are looking for an energetic, hardworking, teamwork-oriented, and responsible team member as a Talent Acquisition Specialist. This position is responsible for a variety of professional and technical duties related to employee recruitment and on-boarding.<\/div>\n
The ideal candidate has a polished appearance, professional demeanor, and strong communication skills. This person will be the face of our company to prospective candidates so they must be able to convey the company vision and values, while also assessing whether a candidate is a strong fit for both the position and our company.<\/div>\n

Talent Acquisition Specialist Functions:<\/strong><\/div>\n
Job Postings on all platforms.
\nLead Interviews
\nSource candidates through LinkedIn, indeed, Zip Recruiter, etc.
\nCoordinate interviews for hiring managers, conduct interviews for senior to entry- level positions.
\nMaintain various reports.
\nAssess and evaluate interviewees.
\nAbility to hire and manage a team.
\nPerform other duties as assigned.
\nActive search of talents- Referrals, Aggressive Recruiting, Job Fairs\/Networking
\nPrescreening candidates
\nCoordinate interviews with account managers to submit to clients.
\nConsistent communication with Sales Department and HR Department<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

Qualifications:<\/strong>
\nBilingual-English\/Spanish
\nMust be able to multi-task in a high-volume environment.
\nResponsible, organized, energetic, assertive, accountable, and adaptable individual.
\nProven experience as recruitment specialist, recruiter, or similar role.
\nHands-on experience with the largest job sites like Indeed.
\nHands-on experience with various selection processes (video interviewing, phone interviewing, reference check, ect)
\nStrong interpersonal skills.
\nStrong decision-making skills.
\nEasy to connect with people.
\nGood written and verbal communication skills.
\nTeamwork oriented<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
