Responsibilities<\/p>\n

\n\u00b7\u00a0Handle all calls concerning orders, returns, and shipments
\n\u00b7\u00a0Identify and assess customers\u2019 needs to achieve satisfaction
\n\u00b7\u00a0Build sustainable relationships with customers through open and interactive
\ncommunication
\n\u00b7\u00a0Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods\/tools
\n\u00b7\u00a0Receive and enter orders\/ make changes to or cancel orders
\n\u00b7\u00a0Handle customer complaints
\n\u00b7\u00a0May be required to assist others and handle other duties as assigned<\/p>\n
Requirements<\/p>\n
\u00b7\u00a0Ability to multi-task (e.g., maintain conversations while navigating on the computer and
\ntaking notes)
\n\u00b7\u00a0Proficiency in using computers, both for data entry, as well as for navigating systems to
\nsearch for information to help support our customers<\/p>\n
\u00b7\u00a0Computers knowledge: Microsoft Word & Excel, Emails, phone calls and filing
\n\u00b7\u00a0Has strong written, organizational, and verbal communication skills
\n\u00b7\u00a0Must work well with other team members throughout the company<\/p>\n
Compensation \/ Pay Rate (Up to): $40000.00 – $45000.00 Per Year<\/p>\n
