We are looking for:
\n– a high school diploma
\n– bakery experience
\n– communication and interpersonal skills<\/p>\n

What is the work?
\nCustomer Service:
\n– Provides superior customer service
\n– Takes orders from customers by telephone or in person
\n– Answers customer questions regarding products; assists them with selections
\n– Uses suggestive selling techniques to meet customer needs and build department sales<\/p>\n

Production:
\n– Applies proficient baking \/ frying skills, including equipment set-up, operation, cleaning, and maintenance
\n– Uses production tools to plan baking \/ frying
\n– Applies proper baking \/ frying techniques for each item, according to visual training aids (VTAs)
\n– Plans for \/ breaks out proper amount of baked goods daily
\n– Ensures quality control of all products before sending to sales floor
\n– Ensures baked \/ fried product reaches the showcase and tables at prescribed times<\/p>\n

Food Service:
\n– Prepares, packages, and merchandises fresh product effectively
\n– Slices, packages, labels, and rotates products
\n– Records production and shrink to aid in production planning<\/p>\n

Food Safety:
\n– Cleans \/ sanitizes display cases; maintains production area according to SOPs
\n– Complies with H-E-B food safety and sanitation standards
\n– Complies with department \/ Store operating procedures
\n– Operates \/ maintains all equipment properly<\/p>\n

What is your background?
\n– Minimum age 18 (mandatory)
\n– High school diploma (or equivalent)
\n1+ years of experience
\n– Completion of Company Orientation, food safety, and sanitation training upon hire<\/p>\n
