As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for the development of new tools for internal use and the implementation of new SaaS solutions.<\/p>\n<p>This is a contract-to-hire opportunity with a company that offers a competitive benefits package including Medical, Dental, Vision, Disability and Life Insurance, as well as 401k retirement matching and unlimited paid time off (PTO)!<\/p>\n<p>This is a high-energy company with leaders that are leading the charge to establish this company as the best in the industry.<\/p>\n<p><b>ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Plan, lead and coordinate activities of Corporate Systems projects to ensure goals and objectives of projects are accomplished within prescribed time frames and budgets<\/li>\n<li>Work closely with functional users and external SAAS partners to define business requirements<\/li>\n<li>Lead implementation of SAAS solutions across stakeholder teams and ensure tight integration with ERP<\/li>\n<li>Define project objectives, scope, and level of effort<\/li>\n<li>Identify and schedule project deliverables, milestones and required tasks<\/li>\n<li>Direct and coordinate activities of project personnel to ensure project progresses on schedule and within budget<\/li>\n<li>Report accurate task status and individual activity; prepare project status reports for management and users<\/li>\n<li>Lead project status meetings with end user groups<\/li>\n<li>Provide leadership and motivation to project team members throughout the project life cycle<\/li>\n<li>Adhere to department Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and PMO standards<\/li>\n<li>Review and provide input to SAAS SOW contracts.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>REQUIRED TECHNICAL SKILLS:<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Minimum of 3 years&#8217; experience in business process management and gathering business requirements<\/li>\n<li>Minimum of 3 years of experience leading projects with strong abilities in relationship management<\/li>\n<li>Minimum of 3 years of experience developing, implementing, and maintaining enterprise applications<\/li>\n<li>Demonstrated competency in project management and the execution of large projects<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>REQUIRED EDUCATION:<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>BS\/BA in MIS, Computer Science, Business or Mathematics<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>OTHER KEY QUALIFICATIONS:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Strong analytical and project management skills including a thorough understanding of how to interpret customer business needs and translate them into application and operational requirements<\/li>\n<li>Strong communication skills with an ability to collaborate across many stakeholder teams including functional departments, SAAS partners, Development, Infrastructure, and Data Security.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to identify, negotiate, and resolve potential conflicts with stakeholder teams.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to multitask and manage multiple small to large projects in a cross-functional environment<\/li>\n<li>Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate staff and to apply skills and techniques to solve business issues<\/li>\n<li>Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with ability to interact professionally with a diverse group of people at all levels of the organization<\/li>\n<li>Certified Project Management Professional (PMP) is a plus<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<div id=\"jobbi-1067279539\" class=\"jobbi-ad-placement-jobsite-bottom jobbi-entity-placement\"><script async src=\"https:\/\/pagead2.googlesyndication.com\/pagead\/js\/adsbygoogle.js?client=ca-pub-5862940809620110\"\r\n     crossorigin=\"anonymous\"><\/script>\r\n<ins class=\"adsbygoogle\"\r\n     style=\"display:block\"\r\n     data-ad-format=\"fluid\"\r\n     data-ad-layout-key=\"-6t+ed+2i-1n-4w\"\r\n     data-ad-client=\"ca-pub-5862940809620110\"\r\n     data-ad-slot=\"7946604715\"><\/ins>\r\n<script>\r\n     (adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({});\r\n<\/script><\/div>","protected":false},"author":124,"template":"","class_list":["post-24844","rtcl_listing","type-rtcl_listing","status-publish","hentry","rtcl_category-restaurant-food-services","listing-item","rtcl-listing-item"],"_links":{"self":[{"href":"https:\/\/jobbinghood.com\/jobs\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/rtcl_listing\/24844","targetHints":{"allow":["GET"]}}],"collection":[{"href":"https:\/\/jobbinghood.com\/jobs\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/rtcl_listing"}],"about":[{"href":"https:\/\/jobbinghood.com\/jobs\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/types\/rtcl_listing"}],"author":[{"embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/jobbinghood.com\/jobs\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/users\/124"}],"wp:attachment":[{"href":"https:\/\/jobbinghood.com\/jobs\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/media?parent=24844"}],"curies":[{"name":"wp","href":"https:\/\/api.w.org\/{rel}","templated":true}]}}
