{"id":24651,"date":"2022-09-26T15:13:30","date_gmt":"2022-09-26T19:13:30","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/jobbinghood.com\/jobs\/listing\/senior-network-engineer\/"},"modified":"2022-09-26T15:13:41","modified_gmt":"2022-09-26T19:13:41","slug":"senior-network-engineer","status":"publish","type":"rtcl_listing","link":"https:\/\/jobbinghood.com\/jobs\/listing\/senior-network-engineer\/","title":{"rendered":"Senior Network Engineer"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Seeking a Senior Network Engineer (Hybrid) for a client in North Houston (near IAH airport).<\/p>\n<p>Compensation \/ Work Schedule:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Base salary $105k &#8211; $135k DOE plus 10% bonus opportunity and full benefits package<\/li>\n<li>2 days per week in office \/ 3 days work-from-home<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Essential Skills:<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>BGP Routing<\/li>\n<li>MPLS<\/li>\n<li>DMVPN<\/li>\n<li>OSPF<\/li>\n<li>Wireless (Mostly Rukus Aps)<\/li>\n<li>Firewalls (Palo Alto)<\/li>\n<li>Dell Routing and Switching gear (similar to Cisco)<\/li>\n<li>Good Verbal and Written communication skills<\/li>\n<li>Vendor management (Support and Circuit)<\/li>\n<li>Network Engineering and Architecture<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Implementation, configuration and administration of servers, switches, routers, security appliances, and communication equipment. Implement and maintain solutions to provide for the safe and secure storage and archival of data, maintaining a functional, tested and reliable disaster recovery environment.
