What You Will Be Doing<\/b><\/p>\n
You will be working closely with our project team to provide an accurate & comprehensive financial analysis on projects. Responsibilities include (not limited to): analyzing documents\/blueprints\/plans to understand scope of project, determine production factors influencing cost, prepare material\/product\/labor costs, manage bids, cost analysis, present estimates to management.<\/p>\n
What You Need for this Position<\/b><\/p>\n
– 3+ years Construction Estimator experience with commercial GC
\n– Bachelor’s degree preferred
\n– Strong leadership skills
\n– Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills & organizational skills
\n– Self-motivated and proactive
\n– Effective communication skills
\n– Proven ability to work in ambiguous environment
\n– Local to Orlando, FL<\/p>\n
